30 countries have now been added to a ‘red list’ as new strains of the COVID virus have emerged amongst these populations.
When returning to the UK from countries on the red list you will be required to quarantine in a hotel for 10 days.
These countries include:
Angola
Argentina
Bolivia
Botswana
Brazil
Cape Verde
Chile
Colombia
Democratic Republic of Congo
Ecuador
Eswatini
French Guiana
Guyana
Lesotho
Malawi
Mauritius
Mozambique
Namibia
Panama
Paraguay
Peru
Portugal
Seychelles
South Africa
Suriname
Tanzania
Uruguay
Venezuela
Zambia
Zimbabwe

We would advise not to travel to these countries unless necessary in upcoming weeks, as you will have to quarantine and pay for your stay upon returning.
What’s your thoughts? Do you think you should have to quarantine mandatorily in hotels as opposed to your homes when returning from all these countries?
